Sales Manager – Clean Tech Products
Banbury (office-based, with occasional UK travel)
Circa £40,000–£45,000 + commission
A well-established clean technology business in Banbury is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across its sustainable, technical product range. The company has an excellent reputation, a strong existing portfolio and a warm pipeline of opportunities to develop.
The Role
* Engage with customers across construction, facilities management, property, manufacturing and other private sector markets
* Qualify and develop warm leads, arrange onsite product demonstrations and manage the sales process through to close
* Build trusted relationships with clients through a consultative, relationship-led approach
* Generate new opportunities through sector knowledge, networking and attendance at relevant industry events
* Support tender activity and project bids where required
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
About You
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally with technical product or clean tech product exposure
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, confident on the phone and able to convert qualified interest into results
* Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to close
* Tender or project-based sales experience would be an advantage
* Comfortable with occasional, ad-hoc travel to client sites or events
