Job Description:
You will be responsible for processing high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring they are accurately matched with purchase orders and goods received notes, along with other core duties such as:
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Scanning and filing invoices
* Checking invoices against purchase orders and resolving any price or quantity discrepancies with the supply chain and warehouse teams
* Organising invoices for approval and liaising with staff to ensure timely authorization
* Undertaking monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
* Handling email and telephone queries
* Processing staff expense claims for the Group
Qualifications:
* Experience working in an Accounts Payable (AP) team
* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Excel
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers
* Ability to work independently, with good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to align behavior with organizational priorities and goals
* Maintaining accurate and timely records while meeting deadlines
* Flexible approach to daily tasks and ad hoc duties
* Confidence in handling performance-related issues
* Drive and tenacity to achieve high customer service standards
