Mercer is seeking a Senior Client Servicing Pensions Administrator to join our expert team in Dublin or Cork, delivering outstanding service to some of our most high-profile clients.

As a senior member of the pensions administration team, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients with complex DC schemes. This is a chance to bring your expertise to a role that offers responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to truly make a difference.

We will rely on you to:

* Manage day-to-day administration of Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes
* Handle complex member and client queries efficiently and professionally
* Ensure all work meets compliance standards and agreed service levels
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality service
* Mentor and support junior colleagues as a senior team member
* Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients

What you need to have:

* Proven experience in DC pensions administration
* Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Good time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines
* A proactive, collaborative attitude and commitment to service excellence
