Key Details: Role: EYFS Teaching Assistant Location: Aston Hours: Full-time, 8:15 AM - 3:40 PM Start Date: ASAP Contract: Until July 2026 (with potential extension into the next academic year) What We're Looking For: Previous experience working within an EYFS school setting Strong understanding of early years development Experience with phonics is highly desirable Ability to support the class teacher and engage children in learning A positive, proactive approach and excellent communication skills Good knowledge and understanding of the early year curriculum Ability to confidently deliver phonics to small groups Requirements: A minimum of a level 3 qualification relating to childcare or equivalent Recent experience working within a school setting Strong and clear communication and interpersonal skills.
