* UK experience within a public, private or third-sector UK-based client
* Demonstratable skills and experience in Highways and/or Cycleways Design
* Working knowledge in the use of DMRB, TSRGD, Traffic Signs Manual, Manual for Streets and other local authority standards
* Awareness of responsibilities under the CDM Regulations.
* Relevant design software experience such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
* Knowledge and experience of signing and lining schemes
* Knowledge of LTN 1/20
* A full UK driving licence
* Experience with KeySign & KeyLines
* Educated to BEng / MEng level in a Civil Engineering discipline or equivalent.
