What you'll be doing: \* Liaise with clients daily from enquiry through to event completion \* Prepare quotations and presentations in line with market trends and pricing \* Negotiate budgets and quotes with clients and suppliers to protect margins \* Manage high volumes of information across calls, emails, and documentation \* Multi-task across multiple events while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations \* Organise and deliver event logistics including equipment, transport, travel, and admin tasks \* Oversee admin support and freelancers on a day-to-day basis \* Attend events and site visits (sometimes out of hours) \* Provide on-call support via phone/email during events, including evenings and weekends \* Communicate daily with internal teams (warehouse, finance, health & safety, etc.) \* Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business What you'll bring: \* Solid customer service or client-facing experience. \* Ideally – previous experience gained in, or knowledge of, logistics / warehouse operations. \* A strong desire to learn the ins and outs of account management and logistics. \* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \* Highly organised with attention to detail. \* A proactive, problem-solving approach. \* Strong technical abilities and IT skills \* The right attitude: Hard-working, adaptable, and genuinely keen to contribute. \* Flexibility to be available out of hours to answer calls Our client's culture is all about empowerment and strong values.
