Role Overview:
My client is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in raising their brand profile within the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom (KBB) industry, developing new business opportunities, and managing a small but growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage two sales representatives (North & South regions), providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and strengthen existing client relationships.

Increase brand awareness through PR initiatives, including press releases, industry award submissions, and events.

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
*
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
*
Report on sales performance, marketing activities, and ROI.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the KBB, joinery, or interior design sectors.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
