Responsibilities



The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Acting as the Pensions Manager for a portfolio of clients
2. Maintaining a full understanding of the benefit structure for all administration clients within their portfolio
3. Working closely with the administration teams to ensure that they are aware of all key activities
4. Managing senior stakeholders - including attendance at Trustee meetings and internal senior leadership meetings to represent the interests of the client
5. Monitoring regulatorypliance alongside the administration team managers and the Head of Operations
6. Ensuring ongoing delivery standards to agreed business/client objectives, requirements, schedules, costs and quality objectives.
7. Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies that could threaten the delivery of administrative services.
8. Proactively identifying countermeasures and rmending and/or taking appropriate action to ovee service delays, issues, or challenges.
9. Attending internal and joint client project meetings
10. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, suppliers and clients.
11. Adherence to all regulatory, security andpliance requirements.

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:
12. Demonstrable track record of a successful delivery of administrative services including the management of these services in a change landscape
13. Demonstrable delivery of aplex transformational project
14. Experience of working with effective cross-function programme delivery teams.
15. Ability to provide leadership and motivate administration teams to meet the client's expectations.
16. Strong senior stakeholder management skills, confidence to positively influence and challenge, where appropriate.
17. Experience of working within project teams using a range of methodologies
18. A strongmercial mindset, with a clear understanding of contracted obligations
19. Experience of delivery with and managing 3rd party suppliers.
20. Ability to work calmly and methodically when under pressure.
21. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
22. Solid problem solving and decision-making skills, demonstrable track record of finding consensus with senior stakeholder groups
23. Experience gained within financial services or other regulated environments would be advantageous.
24. A recognised Programme/Project Management accreditation.
