Account Manager
We are working with a hugely successful communications company, and their sister company, who retail, wholesale and distribute networking products, based in Guildford. Their revenue has grown to c.£15 million in a few short years!
Our client is looking for an outgoing and motivated Account Manager to join their Business Development Team. This role would suit someone with a year to two years sales experience.
This is principally an office-based role (no hybrid or WFH), but may require occasional travel within the UK.
The salary is £23,000 - £28,000 with an OTE of +£41,000.
Key Duties:
* Responsible for every aspect of the sales process, from onboarding new and prospective customers to after-sales care.
* Maintain and developing existing key accounts to increase revenue
* Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and upselling to customers
* Converting our trial customers into paid subscribers.
* Reaching out to those customers that cancel their plans and discussing how we can help them stay.
