We are looking for a warm, organised and service-driven part time Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless spa experience, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the exceptional standards of Agua Spa and Sea Containers London.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Welcoming spa guests and hotel residents, creating a calm and professional first impression
2. Managing spa reservations, treatment schedules and therapist diaries to maximise utilisation
3. Handling guest enquiries via phone, email and in person with efficiency and attention to detail
4. Guiding guests through the spa journey, including treatment explanations, facilities and retail recommendations
5. Coordinating closely with therapists and the wider spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
6. Processing payments, managing spa retail sales and maintaining accurate guest records
7. Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are maintained to the highest standards
8. Supporting the team with administrative tasks, daily reports and operational coordination
What we’re looking for:
9. Previous spa or wellness experience is preferred, although candidates with strong guest service experience in hospitality will also be considered
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally warm and welcoming manner
11. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
12. A genuine passion for wellness, guest care and delivering exceptional experiences
13. Confidence using booking or reservations systems
14. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
Salary: £16,224 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
