* Assembly & Installation: Assemble, install, commission, and modify new and existing mechanical components and sub-assemblies for our pilot line and R&D rigs, ensuring precise fit and function according to engineering drawings.
* Hands-on Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical and electromechanical systems, including pumps, valves, conveyors, mixers, roll-to-roll systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
* Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
* Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional Mechanical and Electrochemistry teams.

* Proven experience (3+ years) as a Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Mechanical Fitter in a manufacturing, R&D, or process-driven environment.
* Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude with excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
* Experience with precision assembly, alignment, and calibration of mechanical components.
* Familiarity with various types of pumps, valves, fluidic systems, and motion control components..
* Experience working with bespoke or custom-built machinery is highly advantageous.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A strong commitment to safety and quality.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience in the battery, roll-to-roll, industrial manufacturing, materials processing, or chemical industries.
* Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or similar quality systems.
* Basic electrical troubleshooting skills (e.g., multimeter use, sensor checks).
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing or 5S methodologies.
