As a Service Controller, you will be responsible for managing hire enquiries and coordinating service activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Hire Enquiries: Handling hire enquiries via telephone, email, and our online ordering system. Customer Service: Dealing with calls from customers and arranging for engineers to attend breakdowns. Job Card Management: Updating job cards on the internal database and allocating jobs to engineers. Machine Availability: Checking the availability of machines and ensuring their statuses are always up-to-date on our systems. Coordination: Coordinating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure the correct machines are ready and delivered to customer sites.
