IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Start Date: ASAP Rate: Competitive (DOE) Recruiting on behalf of: A world-leading Principal Contractor We are working with a globally recognised Principal Contractor on a National Grid substation build in Suffolk. This is a high-profile infrastructure project requiring an experienced HSE Advisor with a strong background in high voltage (HV) substation environments. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental regulations on site. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures. Provide guidance and training to site teams on best practices. Liaise with client and contractor teams to maintain a safe working environment. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience as an HSE Advisor on HV substation projects. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification. Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK HSE legislation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
