Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

About the Role
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves the craft of baking. This role suits a baker who takes pride in every fold, every proof, and every buttery layer, and who enjoys producing high-quality baked goods consistently.
The Role
Creating a range of croissants, pains au chocolat, brioche and seasonal specials
Working dough from start to finish, including mixing, lamination, shaping, proofing and baking
Following recipes and daily production plans to maintain consistency
Monitoring dough development, butter temperature and proofing conditions
Supporting stock checks, rotation and ordering ingredients when required
Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards with a clean-as-you-go approach
Assisting with audits, inspections and compliance requirements
About You
Experience in baking or pastry, including home bakers looking to turn their passion into a career
Ability to work at pace while maintaining high quality standards
Strong attention to detail and pride in finished products
