An independent medical communications agency is seeking a talented Editor to join their rapidly growing team. This is a fantastic role for an Editor with a science background and an interest in writing and communications to join a close-knit, supportive medical education agency.
The role will require knowledge of working in a medical communications agency setting and ability to commit to a hybrid working set up between their offices and home.

1. Independent medical communications agency specialising in brand led medical education programmes and meetings

3. Staff work with quite a lot more autonomy than in most agencies
4. Everyone has outstanding understanding of how pharmaceutical marketing works, so are tuned into needs of clients
The Editor’s Job:
5. You will provides editorial and compliance support to the team
6. Ensure accurate editing of materials
7. Is proficient at Powerpoint to edit slides including formatting text, figures, graphs and animations
8. Critiques documents to improve format, use of English, grammar and style
9. Creates job bags and project manages the compliance process
10. Works in close conjunction with the programme teams
11. Ensures adherence to project spec and budget
The candidate:
12. Will have a life science degree
13. Work experience in a medical communications or healthcare communications agency is essential
14. Experience referencing scientific materials
15. Experienced with PowerPoint, preferably with hands on experience of Zinc and other compliance software (desired)
