Are you an experienced Business Development Manager / Executive looking for a new and exciting role? This is an amazing and potentially life-changing opportunity within an industry leader. You’re guaranteed £60,000 in your first year with an OTE of £110,000, with top earners earning up to £150k+ and a car allowance of up to £5k or a company car, currently Tesla’s or other exciting electric/hybrid vehicles.

This is a fantastic opportunity within a truly sales-led organization, which has grown steadily and is looking to bring on driven individuals with a hunger for success to contribute to its growth.
Daily Responsibilities include:
* Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activities.
* Attending and closing your own sales appointments.
* Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
* Achieving quarterly sales targets.
* Building, managing, and maintaining your sales pipeline accurately.
* Thriving in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward culture.
Ideal Candidate will have:
* 4+ years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience not required).
* Confidence in value-based and consultative selling.
* Ability to sell to diverse audiences including Business Owners, Board Members, and HR Managers.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with high weekly meeting volumes.
* Previous field-based experience.
