The role:
My client are looking to add an Application Support Team Leader to their ranks in a particularly busy period.
Responsibilities:
* Assuring and improving Support function efficiency
* Handling escalations and coordinating responses during incidents
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Providing mentoring and guidance to Engineers
* Taking ownership of critical issues
* Driving continuous improvement
* Working hand in hand with other teams to provide Product related insights and relaying bugs
* Driving training and development
* Demonstrating best practices
* Contributing technically to incidents
* Delivering and taking responsibility for service reviews
Core skills required:
* Experience working in an Application Support Team Lead capacity
