An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Qualified Home Manager to join a well-established, family-run Nursing & Residential Care provider, overseeing services across 24 care homes in England and Wales.

You will leverage your expertise to develop and sustain the home, leading your team to deliver the highest standards of care. You should have substantial relevant experience, outstanding management skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with staff, residents, families, and the community.
About you:
We are seeking an RGN Qualified Home Manager with experience managing a minimum of a 40-bed home, specializing in Dementia and General Nursing care, and leading teams in a person-centered environment. Experience in commissioning a new care home and a strong clinical operational background are desirable.
Key Accountabilities:
* Must be a Registered Nurse
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management
* Experience caring for older adults
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Proven success managing healthcare services or homes
* Knowledge of CQC regulations
* Passion for delivering first-class care
* Positive leadership and motivation skills
