About the Role
Join our dynamic recruitment agency as an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter, supporting one of our key clients in a dedicated delivery-focused position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to focus purely on what you do best - sourcing exceptional talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process across Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Source and place technical and commercial candidates into permanent roles across European markets
2. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to successful placement
3. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple European countries
4. Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews and reference checks
5. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and cultural fit
6. Utilise premium sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, and leading European job boards
7. Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
8. Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment activity
What We're Looking For
Essential:
9. Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or account management
10. Strong track record of sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes
11. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
13. Commercial awareness and understanding of European markets
Desirable:
14. Experience recruiting across European markets
15. European language skills (any European language beneficial)
16. Technical or commercial sector recruitment experience
17. Familiarity with premium recruitment tools and platforms
