What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Leading and motivating the lettings team to achieve targets Conducting valuations and securing lettable instructions Generating new business and expanding the lettings portfolio Delivering high levels of customer service to landlords and tenants Managing team performance and providing support and guidance Reporting on team and branch performance to directors Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential lettings (essential) Previous management experience, leading a team successfully Experience in valuations and winning lettings instructions NFOPP / ARLA qualification beneficial (not essential) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Strong customer service focus Confident, articulate, and professional presentation Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven Knowledge of Islington and surrounding areas advantageous Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency What's In It For You?
