The Role
This is not a “walk into a warm desk” position.
You will build and own your own desk within 11:11 managing creators, developing brand relationships, and driving revenue across:
* Brand partnerships
* Affiliate and performance deals
* Long-term ambassador agreements
* Campaign strategy and execution
You will be responsible for growing your own portfolio, both talent and brands and turning that into a high-performing commercial desk.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Signing and managing creators with genuine commercial potential
* Building relationships with brands and decision-makers
* Negotiating and closing paid partnerships
* Driving affiliate revenue and performance-led campaigns
* Working with creators on positioning, content direction, and growth
* Turning short-term deals into long-term brand relationships
