We are seeking a dedicated andpassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a SEMH Secondary school local to Stone/Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing essential support to pupils with a range of needs. The location is ideal for drivers, offering easy access and convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
2. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning and development of pupils.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best oues for pupils.
5. Support pupils with personal care needs, if required.
Requirements:
6. Experience working with children with special educational needs.
7. Ideally will hold a full UK Driving Licence
8. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
9. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
11. Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
