About the role
Your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to residents.
Key responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity and respect.
* Recognise and respond to clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risk and signs of infection, escalating identified risks promptly.
* Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work across all tasks.
About you
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrates initiative, respect and a caring attitude towards residents.
* Efficient worker able to follow reasonable instructions from team members.
* Adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Requirements
* A DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
