We are well respected for our specialist undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Fine Art, Carving (Stone and Wood), Conservation (Stone and Wood, Books and Paper) and our intensive Foundation Diploma in Art & Design. We are now looking to appoint to the role of Brand Manager. This is an important role at the Art School, responsible for supporting the Principal in developing the Art School’s brand, in line with its strategic vision, and for shaping the narrative that supports it and to plan and deliver associated engagement. The Brand Manager is a key member of the Professional Services Team and will provide direct support to the Principal in relation to marketing, with the core objectives of: Raising and strengthening the Art School’s profile and awareness among key audiences Ensure consistent and compelling communication of the Art School’s activities and achievements Increasing and diversifying applications to our undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses The Art School is known by many through word of mouth and recruitment is often guided by this pattern. The Brand Manager will have oversight of growing new audiences by reviewing the effectiveness of our promotional strategies for social media and the website. Strong candidates will have significant experience of leading strategic branding campaigns in a complex context with a track record of diverse and successful audience growth. They will have strong interpersonal skills and ideally enjoy the context of a unique Art School.
