You will contribute to both day-to-day system support and strategic improvement initiatives, helping ensure systems remain scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
ERP & Systems Support
* Support and maintain enterprise business systems with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP.
* Configure and optimise system functionality including:
* Role-based permissions
* Workflows
* Forms and records
* Reporting and saved searches.
* Provide ongoing support for ERP modules such as:
* Order-to-Cash
* Procure-to-Pay
* Inventory Management.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
* Gather and document business and functional requirements.
* Analyse current business processes and design improved future-state solutions.
* Create and maintain:
* Process documentation
* System configuration documentation
* Functional specifications.
* Identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and efficiency.
System Enhancements & Projects
* Support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
* Assist with:
* Testing and validation
* Deployment activities.
* Work on cross-functional projects involving ERP, CRM, WMS, and integrated platforms.
Reporting & Data Insights
* Build and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches within NetSuite.
* Support operational and executive decision-making through improved reporting capabilities.
Testing & System Releases
* Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
* Develop testing scripts and validate system changes prior to release.
User Support & Training
* Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
* Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with IT and external partners on solutions.
* Deliver end-user training and develop supporting documentation.
* Contribute to wider business initiatives including:
* CRM alignment
* Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrations
* Data governance
* System integration projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* 3–6 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role supporting ERP systems.
* Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP, including configuration, reporting, and user support.
* Strong experience gathering requirements and producing functional documentation.
* Experience working with ERP modules such as:
* Order Management
* Purchasing.
* Experience supporting HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, workflows, objects, and reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation or NetSuite Administrator.
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Exposure to Business Intelligence platforms and Data Warehousing.
* Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
* Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
* Experience supporting multi‑entity or global ERP environments.
* Experience working on system consolidation or acquisition integration projects.
* Exposure to project management in system implementation or optimisation initiatives.
