Camron is seeking a Press Officer to join our team in London. The role will be responsible for supporting senior management with day-to-day operations and driving press office output for our Lifestyle teams.
The Role
This entry level job at Camron is key within the team, responsible for systems management and wider team support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and time management, meticulous organisation skills and experience in a similar role or in an administration role. In this role, there is an opportunity for skill development in press liaison, including media tracking and supporting pitching efforts.
The role will be varied and include diverse duties ranging from administrative to strategic, and a great opportunity for a passionate and proactive individual who is keen to develop in a communications environment; actively keeping up to date with current affairs, culture and trends.

Responsibilities
* Support the team with day-to-day client administration including ownership of media tracking, drafting call agendas and media briefing documents
* Schedule meetings and organise staff travel, including office hospitality and venue bookings for senior management
* Assist with press requests and pitching efforts to confirm media placements
* Conduct research for existing clients
* Build and maintain Camron's database of international, national and regional media
* Support agency events with invitation lists, mailings, guest list management, including on-site support
* Inter-office coordination, liaising with Los Angeles, New York and Milan
* Read industry relevant newspapers and magazines, and share findings with the agency

* Excellent time management with strong organisational skills
* Ability to excel at working in a fast-paced environment
* Confident and creative writer
* Strong attention to detail
* A great communicator – both in person and online
* Knowledge or interest of architecture, hospitality, design and culture
* Appreciation of different types of media, including magazines, newspapers, blogs and social media platforms
* Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office, Apple and Google
