A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BREAKFAST CHEF AT THE IMPERIAL HOTEL BLACKPOOL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Head Chef, you can expect your working day to include the following:
* Prepare and cook a range of breakfast items including eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries and other breakfast specialities according to established hotel standards.
* Ensure that all breakfast dishes are presented attractively and in accordance with the hotel’s standards for quality and consistency.
* Co-ordinate with the wider kitchen team and breakfast front of house team to ensure a smooth operation during breakfast service, including special dietary requests and guest feedback.
* Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock for breakfast service.
* Adhere to hotel quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards complying with current health & safety, food safety and fire regulations at all times.

* Proven track record as a Breakfast Chef in a similar establishment.
