Responsibilities
* Managing your schedule and revenue responsibilities
* Traveling to customer premises to assist with repairs
* Recognizing and reporting vehicle defects or potential failures
* Examining vehicles and reporting on their condition, safety, and performance
* Protecting vehicles under repair from damage
* Attending recognized training courses and assisting in apprentice training
* Seeking permission before fitting non-authorized parts and returning parts for warranty and inspection
* Completing all relevant documentation accurately and thoroughly
This role involves travel to areas such as Grimsby and Hull, with paid travel time. The working days are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:50 pm.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum Level 2 City and Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair
* Experience with diagnostics and computer use
* A full UK driving license
* A positive, 'right first time' attitude
* Strong team player mentality
* High standards of work
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to learn and develop
