They offer plenty of remote working, autonomy to manage your own time and workload and as they’re sector agnostic you’ll get exposure to a weird and wonderful array of organisations.
In addition to a base salary being offered between £80-110,000 for this role the business have done away with bonuses and are instead giving shares to all new joiners so that you can benefit from the companies success and be directly rewarded for the time and energy you invest.
Honestly, this blows most bonus schemes I’ve seen from competitors out of the water and I’ve been doing this a while.
