Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day FM operations across 26 restaurants. * Lead reactive and planned maintenance for kitchens, HVAC, refrigeration & front-of-house assets. * Control budgets, procurement, lifecycle, and contractor management. * Work closely with Area Managers and the Head of Operations. * Ensure H&S, fire safety, and statutory compliance.
