Job Overview:
Provide an efficient administration support service to the HR Department and all stakeholders across the business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
2. Maintain and update employee records.
3. Assist with end-to-end recruitment process including advertisement, shortlisting, assisting with interviews, inductions, and general administration.
4. Act as primary contact and subject expert on all aspects of the company's digital HR system.
5. In conjunction with HR Manager, identify and implement strategies relating to employee engagement, reward, and recognition, benefits etc.
6. Assist with implementation and administration of performance management cycle, ensuring organisational compliance.
7. Work alongside Strategic Operations Manager to implement organisational culture change.
8. Report on a variety of HR data.
9. Undertake return to work interviews for Production staff.
10. Provide professional, reliable, and consistent information, advice and support to senior management on a variety of HR issues.
11. Conduct and support investigations as required in line with ACAS guidelines, escalating issues as appropriate.
