Our client is looking for Assistant Store Managers ready to step up into their first Store Manager role, as well as experienced managers from customer-led environments such as hospitality. What You’ll Do (as Store Manager):
• Drive sales and deliver results through strong leadership and commercial focus.
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team to exceed expectations.
• Create exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including stock, merchandising, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven leadership experience — as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or hospitality leader (e.g. restaurant, hotel, or leisure environment) ready for the next step.
• A strong track record of driving performance, targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and customer service skills.
• A hands-on, adaptable approach with strong operational awareness.
• A passion for service-led environments and team development.
