Excellent Remuneration: £258 per shift/day
Your Leadership Role & Responsibilities will include:
* Providing strong leadership, supervision, and guidance to a team of social workers.
* Overseeing complex adult safeguarding enquiries and statutory assessments (e.g., Care Act, Mental Capacity Act).
* Managing team performance, workload allocation, and ensuring service delivery meets high standards and targets.
* Fostering a culture of continuous learning, reflective practice, and professional development within the team.
* Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary partners, health colleagues, and community resources.
* Contributing to service development, policy implementation, and quality assurance initiatives.
* Managing delegated budgets and resources efficiently to optimize service provision.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and ethical frameworks.
Key Requirements:
* You must be a Qualified Social Worker.
* Social Work England registration is essential.
* Updated DBS is required.
* Significant post-qualifying experience in Adult Social Work, including management or supervisory experience.
