Senior Finance Manager - Operations 37.5 hours p/w (Mon-Fri) Hybrid: 2 days in Toddington central support office An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Finance Department of Moto Hospitality Ltd. As our Senior Finance Manager – Operations is a key finance partner to Operations leadership, responsible for transforming operational data into clear, actionable insight and supporting the delivery of performance‑improvement projects across the estate. The role focuses on operational profitability, efficiency, and execution, using strong dashboards, KPI frameworks, and hands‑on project support to improve decision‑making and outcomes. Ownership of labour, payroll, and site overheads sits outside this role. What can I expect in return?
