The Opportunity: As part of our continued growth at Leap29, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious professional to join our team, specialising in the renewable energy market across Eastern Europe and the DACH region. This is a high-potential sector that’s expanding rapidly, offering the chance to work closely with some of the most forward-thinking companies driving the global energy transition. You'll be operating in a space that's not only commercially strong, but also impactful—helping to shape a more sustainable future while building a rewarding recruitment desk in a thriving market.
No previous experience is needed, we’ll provide full training, development, and one-on-one coaching through our structured in-house programme to set you up for success as a Recruitment Consultant. Ideally, you'll bring a second language relevant to the Eastern European or DACH region, which will help you connect more effectively with clients and candidates in your market.
What you will learn:
* Attract top talent by creating compelling job adverts, blogs, social media content, podcasts, mailshots, and targeted outreach campaigns
* Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre candidates using a range of tools and platforms
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview facilitation, client communication, visa applications, and global mobilization
* Assess and interview candidates to understand their strengths, motivations, and alignment with client requirements
* Match talent to opportunity by connecting the right candidates with the right roles for long-term success
* Develop business development skills by identifying new client opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, offering consultative support, and becoming a trusted partner in their growth
