Requirements:
Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE) is a prerequisite.
Possess a solid grasp of primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Exhibit patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.
Proficient in developing captivating and inclusive lesson plans.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration.
Implement efficient classroom management strategies to enhance the learning experience.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being.
Key Skills:
Master classroom management for focused learning.
Adapt teaching to diverse learning styles (differentiation).
Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues.
Integrate technology seamlessly to enhance learning experiences.
