As a Community Engagement Officer, you will empower the local and school community by identifying needs, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering projects to utilise facilities and improve the quality of life for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Identify community needs and opportunities for engagement.
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local organisations.
* Plan and deliver community projects that utilise school facilities.
* Improve quality of life for stakeholders and support students’ reintegration.
Qualifications
* Degree in Community Development, Social Sciences or a related field.
* Essential experience working in community work (formal or voluntary).
* Strong practical understanding of budget and project management.
* Willingness to undergo safeguarding screening (including an Enhanced DBS check; management positions require a 128 Check).
