Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage all actions from plot reservation to exchange of contracts, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
2. Ensure all legal completion timescales are agreed with solicitors and clients and met on time.
3. Liaise with internal departments, solicitors, and clients to keep sales progression on track.
4. Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with relevant information.
5. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
6. Assist with post-sales processes and handovers to ensure an excellent customer experience.
7. Monitor and track the progress of contracts and escalate any issues to management as needed.
