Due to continued growth across the business, were looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Traditional, Cratering, Hospitality and Craft Butchery Division, supporting the delivery of high-quality placements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys sourcing, talent pooling, and building relationships within niche candidate markets. Meat-industry experience is not essential we will teach you the sector.
What youll be doing as Recruitment Resourcer?
You will work as part of our dedicatedresourcing team, ensuring strong candidate pipelines and smooth delivery across a variety of vacancies, including:
* Head Butchers
* Butchery Managers
* Butchers Supervisors
* Senior Butchers
* Butchers
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for permanent vacancies
2. Writing, optimising, and posting job adverts across all sourcing channels
3. Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess suitability, skills, and experience
4. Building and nurturing long-term talent pools for ongoing and future roles
