The Company
This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on international hires into mainly Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market-listed clients, providing access to top-tier brands, collaborating across the business, and traveling to meet clients internationally. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, with a strong focus on organic growth and strong client partnerships involving communities, face-to-face events, and close work with the marketing and events teams.
The Role
You will be hiring IT professionals in Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The position is primarily perm, but conversions from contract roles are considered. The company is also interested if you'd like to focus on a very senior market, as they have an executive search division working on retained assignments.
The Package
* Senior Recruitment Consultants are paid a basic salary of 30-40k
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission pays 20% to 30% above a 6k threshold, even on existing client accounts
* 4 days in the office per week, 1 day from home

The Requirements
* Experience in 360 recruitment with proven success in acquiring clients
* More than 2 years of recruitment experience preferred
* Experience hiring internationally is a plus
* Must currently reside in the UK with reasonable commute to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Experience using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement tools is desirable
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
