A high-performing school in Tameside is seeking an Academic Mentor to deliver structured, high-impact intervention sessions to small groups of KS3 and KS4 pupils. Main Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and focused catch-up sessions for students identified as below target. Work closely with Heads of Department to align intervention content with the curriculum. Address gaps in knowledge and provide exam revision support where required. Track pupil progress and adjust intervention strategies to ensure measurable impact. Offer pastoral encouragement and help build resilience in students facing barriers to learning.
