What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in the community
* Support patients with treatments such as IV medication, injections, phlebotomy, cannulation, technical equipment setup, and dialysis (full training given)
* Carry out patient assessments and provide tailored education on treatment and self-medication
* Accurately document care to support real-time clinical records
* Build strong relationships with patients, families, NHS stakeholders and your wider support team
* Act as an ambassador for quality, safe care, ensuring compliance with professional and clinical standards
Shifts & Flexibility
* 40 hours per week, across 5 days on a 2-week rolling rota (7-day service)
* Part-time options also available
