Job Description:
We are currently looking to recruit an ICT Systems Support Technician to work as part of our Systems Support Team.
The post holder is required to have an in-depth specialist knowledge of various ICT Systems operating in a 24/7 environment, along with practical experience with the following:
* Windows 10 & 11 OS Desktop Support
* Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 Roles & Features
* SQL Server Console Management
* SCCM Application Deployments / Collection Management
* Windows Remote Desktop Services
* Microsoft 365 Application Suite Support
* Azure AAD / Intune / Exchange
* VMware and Azure experience
* PowerShell Scripting
* Active Directory & Group Policy Management
* Hardware and Software support
* Installation and configuration of software applications
* Understanding backup and disaster recovery strategies
* Helpdesk Ticketing systems
The role is based at our office in South Queensferry, Edinburgh, and involves participating in a 24/7 on-call rota. Some travel throughout Scotland and overnight stays may be required.
