We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for excellent service and a desire to develop.
Your responsibilities include:
* Using the dishwasher, ensuring that all crockery and cutlery, as well as pots and pans are washed and clean, and returned to their storage area.
* Cleaning the kitchen, including work surfaces, floors, cooker hoods, and any other areas, as requested by the Sous Chef and according to the shift checklist.
* Ensuring that the rubbish is sorted correctly, compacted as applicable, and put in the correct bins on the loading bay.
* Ensuring that the bins are cleaned and washed as required.
* Ensuring that the loading bay is neat and tidy.
