About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Lead to join our forward-thinking Complex Care and Mental Health provider. This is a field-based role with remote working, responsible for overseeing and supporting 7 community-based packages of care for clients with a range of needs, including:
* Learning Disabilities (LD)
* Mental Health (MH) and challenging behaviours
* Complex physical health needs such as PEG, CPAP, epilepsy management, tracheostomy, and stoma care
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safe, effective, and person-centred care are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and care plan reviews.
* Write, review, and update individualised care plans.
* Provide competency sign-offs and deliver training to field staff.
* Offer clinical oversight and ongoing support for complex care interventions.
* Work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
* Respond to clinical incidents, escalating as appropriate.
* Ensure compliance with CQC and company policies at all times.
* Travel to client homes across Sussex (and occasionally Hampshire) as required.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC pin.
* Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
* Must be a car driver with own vehicle.
* Experience in community, complex care, or mental health settings.
* Ideally experienced with PEG, tracheostomy, and stoma care.
* Strong clinical governance knowledge.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and flexibly across a regional patch.
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).

Salary: Up to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Permanent
