About the Company
A privately owned property investment and development business is seeking an Asset Manager to join its team.
The company manages a high-quality mixed-use estate, with a strong focus on regeneration, placemaking and long-term value creation.
The Role
You will be responsible for the performance and management of a diverse property portfolio. This includes driving income growth, managing landlord and tenant matters, overseeing lettings and identifying opportunities to enhance asset value.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a mixed-use property portfolio
* Lead lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures
* Oversee lettings and void management
* Identify asset management and development opportunities
* Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting
* Build strong occupier and stakeholder relationships
* Work closely with internal teams and external consultants
About You
* Degree educated with a professional property qualification (MRICS preferred)
* 3+ years’ experience in asset management and/or property investment
* Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to add value to property assets
* Proactive, collaborative and delivery focused
