Role Purpose
The Product Training Consultant will deliver world-class product training to Evac+Chair International customers. They will ensure engaging and informative training courses, instilling confidence and competence in delegates regarding the use and operation of our products. The candidate must demonstrate high knowledge and skill in our product range, possess strong communication skills adaptable to various audiences, and be knowledgeable about relevant legislations. They will adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain professionalism when visiting client sites, handling problems or conflicts respectfully.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging training sessions on customer sites.
* Demonstrate correct product usage, features, benefits, and USPs.
* Deliver training that develops skills and confidence among delegates.
* Provide accurate delegate details to enable training certificates to be issued.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify sales opportunities and contribute to promotional strategies.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in training and confident presentation skills.
* Assessment and evaluation skills, customer service experience.
* Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
* Experience in a service-led business.
* Train the Trainer certification.
* High standard of written English.
* Hands-on product training experience.
* Customer-centric approach, focusing on putting the customer first.
