We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
* Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Manage food preparation and presentation to guarantee adherence to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service flow.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimise service efficiency.
* Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Previous experience in kitchen environments or barista roles is advantageous.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
