Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals to specification- Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team.- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and health & safety standards- Support smooth kitchen operations to ensure consistent service Requirements
- Previous experience in a Chef role (e.g.
Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef)- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment- Enthusiastic team player with a love for food and attention to detail- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy kitchen environment- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer
