Location: The office is based in Monmouth (hybrid, min 3 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging training materials and webinars for new products and releases.
* Identify training needs and create resources (including YouTube content) to reduce support tickets.
* Support and train colleagues in support roles, fostering skill development.
* Collaborate with the projects team to design and implement repeatable processes.
* Deliver on-site training for customers (may require occasional overnight stays).
* Suggest and implement process improvements for customers and internal teams.
* Ensure accurate training documentation and successful project handovers.
* Report to the Projects & Implementation Team Leader and help meet customer SLAs.
